Oooo pretty reminds me of the color of Saix I like using in Battle Legends (a.k.a. Zoids vs. II ) it was an awesome pearl-white really quite gorgeous I wish they could have had one that color in one of the animes so we could see it in action. I like the color of the underparts better one yours though, the one in the game had the standard black underparts.
love lightning saix though, ever since I first saw them when I watched New Century Zero (never could get into Chaotic Century), they're so graceful compared to other zoids in contours and movement.
Ah, the scheme based on the Lightning Saix S? I think? I know the one you mean. I love how you could choose Zoid colors. >W< I'd sit down and play some more tonight, but I have a webcomic page to work on, haha.
Saix is really a very graceful and elusive Zoid. I love its design, but I'm not so sure I like the HMM version as much. It feels bulkier and chunkier somehow.
Hmm don't have the game on in front of me to check, but that designation does ring a bell. Haven't taken a close look at the HMM Saix until you mentioned it, then again haven't taken a close look at many of them because I only just learned of the line...I want some...REALLY badly *.*...Especially the berserk fury they have in the works, although it's blades look rather funny (don't seem to close up into the tight, iconic "eggbeater" arrangement like they're supposed to) but I LOVE how they did the legs, they look more streamlined and, well, functional that I'm used to seeing in the animes.
anyways from what I see of the Lightning Saix, it looks like the legs aren't as tightly attached to the body, making them sit off a bit further than I'm used to, and making it look beefier, especially when seen from more of a frontal of rear angle (which obviously is a problem with a cheetah-based zoid, cheetahs aren't "beefy" cats), but looking at it in some other, more profile-angle poses, it doesn't look too bad to me, still looks pretty sleek imo.

I looked through your gallery but I didn't see any chibi examples?
